Common questions about Labelr features and usage
How do I resize elements on the canvas?
Select an element on the canvas and drag the corner handles to resize. You can also use the Properties Panel on the left to enter exact dimensions for precise control.
How do I connect a thermal printer?
Labelr uses the operating system interface to connect directly to supported printers. Click the "Print" button, then select your printer. Ensure your printer supports TSPL, ZPL, EPL, or CPCL protocols. Compatible with Zebra, TSC, Brother, DYMO, and many more brands.
What barcode formats are supported?
Labelr supports 13+ barcode formats including: CODE39, CODE93, CODE128, Codabar, EAN-13, EAN-8, EAN-5, EAN-2, UPC, ITF-14, ITF, MSI, and Pharmacode. We also support QR codes with multiple error correction levels.
Where are my files saved?
For data privacy, all your designs and templates are saved locally on your device in secure local storage. We do not store your designs on any servers - your data never leaves your computer. You can also export designs as JSON files for backup.
Is Labelr really free for 15 days?
Yes! You get full access to all features during the 15-day trial period. No credit card required, no hidden fees. After the trial, you can choose to purchase a license to continue using all features.
What export formats are available?
Labelr supports PNG export with customizable DPI (72-600), PDF export for professional printing, and JSON export for backup and sharing. You can also print directly to thermal printers via USB.
